An unweighted basket of the services we track, rebased to 100 at the first month all of them have a reading. Every point comes from a dated reading of a vendor's own pricing page.

Readings come from each vendor's own pricing page and are stored with the date and the source URL; where a historical price predates our tracking it is entered by hand from a cited source and marked as such. The whole series is derived from that table and nothing else.
